Continuity of font in film trailer, film poster, and film magazine.

Film Magazine.

This the font and effect I have used for my film magazine, it’s big and

bold, the front used is Arial because its clear and easy to read, this will

attract the audiences eye to the name of the film trailer.

The colour for the font used is red, this connotes passion, passion for action

films, also its shows danger which fits in with the plot of the film trailer this will excite audiences and hook them to the

magazine.

The effects used on the font is wind this was produced on

PhotoShop , on stylize, this gives that swooping effect in a way it shows that secrets gets spread and things are always revealed

Film Poster.

For my film poster I have decided to go with the same

font and effect for my film poster, this shows continuity and audiences will recognise this and know which film it is

as they have seen it before and it has stuck in their heads.

This time I have chosen the colour of the font to be white this is to stand

out against the black background they are contrasting colours, and

looks bright so audiences wont forget and the name of film will stick in

their heads because my film will be the only one with that effect.

This is the slogan underneath the title of the film, it adds mystery in the trailer and

keeps the audiences hooked (Roland Barthes) it makes

them wonder what secrets are revealed and creates a sense

of curiosity.

Overall there has been constant continuity with the fonts from the magazine, poster and film trailer this is so the name of the film trailer will stick in the audiences head and they will recognise it when they next see it, the colours and effect keeps them and allows them to make certain connotations of the font.
