The Start

First of all, I clicked the ‘facing pages’ button so that the pages of my work were back to back. Then I began my own version of the film magazine cover.

Inserting ImageTo insert the image of the man and woman, I went to ‘File’, then pressed on ‘Place’ then found where the image was in order to insert it within the box that I had created.

I had to carefully do this as making the image smaller required pressing down on the ‘Shift’ key in order for the image to not look stretched out.

Adding Texts

Gradually, I began modifying the colour, thickness, width, placement and font of the text, which was the most consuming part as my own texts had to correspond to the real film magazine cover.

Making Stars

I then clicked on the ‘Polygon Tool’, then modified the ‘Star Inset’ to be 50%.
