BACKING A FILM

Backing a film costs $10

I only pay $10 if a film gets fully funded within a fixed time frame

By backing a film I get digital distribution rights to it

I can see the status of all films I’ve backed in My Screening Room

When a film I’ve backed has been made I get notified and can invite my friends via Facebook and Twitter to view it

TICKETS

Anyone can browse trailers and pitches but you have to be a member to buy tickets to watch the films

Tickets cost $1 and come in packs of 10

Film Kicker membership costs $10 per month, giving you 10 new film tickets each month - if you go beyond that you can top up buying packs of 10

For everyone who watches a film in My Screening Room, I get 20% of the ticket price

This is called My Box Office and it shows how many tickets I’ve sold

I can also see which films are the most popular based on ticket sales

People can browse My Screening Room which shows all the films I've watched

If a user watches a film without going to a person's screening room, eg when browsing the homepage, the 20% goes to Film Kicker

For every ticket sold, the filmmaker gets 50%, Film Kicker get 30% and the owner of the Screening Room gets 20%
