verypoor real estate market. We placed our home located in Carlsbad CA on the MLS with Bryan

Devoreof Prudential in the summer of 2007, due to a required move to Northern CA. Two months later anoffer to rent our house was presented, and Bryan nicely handled the arrangements. After a year thetenants suffered some setbacks and had to move. Bryan found us another tenant quickly, however
