LIFE PATHTeam 3

There a BBS in China called “Let’s make a story”, the members of that BBS make stories together. For

example, one person writes the beginning of a story, and the rest of the story will be write by many other people.

They are both reader and writer.

Inspired by that BBS,our design want people to co-create a story

Like a story solitaire game, people can refer to the previous canvas to decide

what to draw,each canvas’s scenario is related to the previous canvas

What can people draw on the canvas?

Main character, environment, activity, other people

Put them together to create a life story

One circle column = One story of one person’s life

The whole thickness = The past day (one unit of thickness means one day)

The cover is fixed

Central part will rotate like a clock, but unlike the normal clock, its pointer will not rotate, but

the dial plate will rotate.

The shell is transparent so people can see the pics inside

There is a notch on the dial plate, one function is to show the current time, another function is to provide a entrance of the

elements inside (which will be discussed later)

the amount of columns means the amount of days e.g in this pic, the amount of canvas is for one week

When multiple canvas are being painted at the same time, the stage of the previous days’ story will all be changed

In this case, everyone’s life story is uncertain, the story can be changed by any one at any time.Everyday you come here, the story will not be the same, because they are always changing

and you will see how your move to another story to change other life
