We are constantly thinking about and testing new products to add to our range, time definitely doesn't stand still and in order to bring you the best, we are constantly developing new chocolate treats to tempt. A question I am often asked by customers is how do we come up with our new chocolate products. Trial and Error is my answer and I love it. It’s how we stay current, stay inspired and reward the loyalty you show us in terms of coming back time and time again. I am always looking at trends, both here in New Zealand and internationally. I watch, I read, I consume foodie information 24/7. Really, 24/7! Inspiration comes to me at all hours to the point of jumping out of bed to note down an idea rather than lose it come morning.
