My RationalePDHPE encourages students to adopt a healthy lifestyle. This is important because it will help them achieve and maintain “mental, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing” (BOS, PDHPE Syllabus, P 6). Benefits of Physical activity

PDHPE allows a continued refinement in basic movement skills. The rewards and failures which students encounter producing these skills in class provide motivation for them to master it.
