DOUBLE PAGE SPREAD

The first thing I did on my double page spread was insert my image. I did this by using the ‘place’ button. I then made it fit the page by making it

smaller. I then inserted text boxes on both sides which included the date and page number.

I then used the ‘place’ button to insert my pull quote. I edited this on PhotoShop as InDesign didn’t have the effects I wanted. I also added ‘Record’ in the top left corner which was also created in PhotoShop.

Next, I inserted the small image and a text box underneath and beside it. I edited the first letter so it would be a drop capital.

Lastly, I placed the article which I had created in Microsoft word onto the page. I enlarged it so it would fit to the page.
