“YES?”“NO?”

“Maybe?”

Come on…

“NO!”

In the viewpoint of a guest, by seeing this:

“Will your satisfaction towards hotel be significantly increased?”

“YES?”“NO?”

“Maybe?”

What about when you see this:“Will your satisfaction towards hotel be significantly increased?”

But not… in a ROBOTIC way…

For me, my satisfaction could increase… only when the fold is being done in a MEANINGFUL way…

Let’s say,Anniversary celebration,Honey moon,Birthday celebration,Other special occasion…

Let us join Mr. DiCaprio!

“Yes! Room Attendant folds it for the 1st time..Supervisor improves it, Manager improves it, …

and other cases…

And MOST IMPORTANTLY,The robotic toilet paper folding is unlikely to increase guest satisfaction…

While majority of the employees would love the removed procedure…
