A few healthy breakfast ideas
Breakfast: the first meal of the day and we know now how important that is for us. Of course it
needs to be healthy but shouldn’t it be tasty too? The first food of our day and imagine eating
something that tastes awful making you realise the compromise you are doing with respect to your
diet every single morning. No, you don’t need to stoop that deep for fat burning.
Breakfast jump-starts your metabolism and also certain breakfast choices can crank up fat-burning
even more. Unwinding few secret of yummy and healthy breakfast ideas that will signal your body to
use fat for energy.
1. Oats roll:
Make some oats batter with water or milk, spread it out in a pan brushed with a tea spoon
of low fat oil. Shred some cottage cheese (Panner) on it. Add to it boiled egg pieces, vanilla
extract, blueberries and some Greek yogurt and make a roll. Devour it with some maple
syrup.
2. Banana butter toast:
Place both bread pieces in a toaster brushed with minimal butter. Add banana slices and
shred out almond flakes on the top. Press it with another toasted bread in a toaster for
1minute and enjoy.
3. Barley breakfast:
Mix barley with water or milk, then add mashed banana to it. Mix it well with honey and
sunflower seeds and relish.
4. An English breakfast:
Take potato cut into 8 wedges without peeling the cover, bake a tomato cut into half. Poach
an egg and sprinkle a bit of salt and enjoy with bread.
