• Many colleges are offering medical equipment certification programs and this certification is available for the candidates those who are having the sufficient work experience. Certification program is open for the candidates who have completed the graduation they provide training in installation, inspecting the faulty parts, also they taught how to repair and maintain the medical appliances. This certification program mainly concentrates on the electronic devices but also in addition to that hydraulic and mechanical systems are also included. • The technician acquires the certificate by passing the exam of biomedical equipment technician in association with the advancement of medical instrumentation. The candidate who is not having the associate degree needs a minimum of four years of experience to get eligibility in the exam but whereas, who is having the degree needs only two years of experience in the medical field.

for the post of medical equipment maintenance repairer. But before that the candidate has to work under the supervision of an experienced person for a few months to know about each and every equipment present in the laboratory.
