Two Porcelain Veneers

Here two Veneers were used to address our patients requests. She didn’t like the bulkiness and protrusion of her teeth along with the slight spaces caused by the over tapered shape of her teeth. The teeth were contoured back into the smile and all of her requests were accomplished with conservative treatment treating only two teeth to compliment her smile.

Six Porcelain Veneers


Here we have a patient who is frequently seen on television, she came to us requesting a “whiter and bigger smile”. She was also aware of some rotations in her teeth that she didn’t like. As per her request this was accomplished with the use of six veneers.


Four Porcelain Veneers


Here we see our patient had previous bonding that has failed. Our patient wanted treatment that is more resistant to chips and that would require less maintenance. We replaced his bonding with four anterior veneers.

Our patient requested a more uniform brighter smile. We were able to accomplish this with six veneers and a small amount of gum tissue contouring.


Ten Porcelain Veneers


Our Patient had severely worn teeth. His teeth were discolored internally and the functionality had been compromised. We used a combination of veneers and ceramic crowns to restore the aesthetic and function back to his teeth.

Here our patient didn’t want the typical perfect white teeth. She wanted her teeth to blend with her natural teeth to look natural and healthy.

Here we see a patient who originally presented with a fracture on her central incisor. If you look carefully you can see that both teeth were restored with bonding temporarily. We replaced the bonding with two veneers on the central incisors. With the help of our team we were able to blend the two teeth to match her existing natural teeth.




Lenore presented with worn teeth and spacing. She wanted to restore the worn teeth and close the spacing. This was accomplished with eight veneers.

One Porcelain Veneer


Alex presented with a single tooth fracture from an accident. We were able to restore his tooth and match the new restoration to his surrounding teeth with a single tooth veneer. This is one of the more challenging procedures because it is difficult to match tooth color and characterization with the natural surrounding teeth. Having an porcelain laboratory and master ceramist in our office, helps to avoid multiple trips back and forth to the office to match the veneer to the natural teeth.


Bonding To Repair Six Broken Teeth


Tony fell and broke six of his front teeth. As an interim restoration bonding was done to repair the broken teeth. Sometimes this is done to give the patient some time to heal and make sure root canal therapy is not necessary before more permanent treatment is done.

Alexandra is a financial analyst who presented with worn, discolored teeth with spaces. With the use of whitening and conservative bonding, we were able to restore her teeth and give her a more youthful appearance.

Here we see a fitness trainer who has worn down his teeth due to tooth grinding. Our patient’s desire was to do the most conservative treatment possible to restore his teeth. We were able to meet his aesthetic needs with bonding of the anterior six teeth.




Here we see a stock broker who has felt self-conscious about his smile. He wanted straight white perfect teeth. We were able to mask the discolored teeth and give him his desired aesthetic with ten veneers.

Here we see a child who was playing and fell and broke his tooth. We were able to conservatively restore his tooth with bonding.


Two Porcelain Crowns


Michael presented with two fractured teeth from an accident while he was jogging. These teeth required root canal therapy. They were restored with two posts followed by two ceramic crowns.

Here we see a designer who really wanted to maintain the natural beauty of her smile. We were able to conservatively add bonding to repair and restore her teeth back to the way they looked before the damage.


Full Mouth Rehabilitation with Crowns Implants and Veneers


Minoo is in her 60’s with worn, missing and tired teeth. The challenge was to not only replace the missing teeth but to restore the tired appearance and give her a mature but more youthful appearance. This was accomplished with the use of veneers, ceramic crowns and implants.

Jennifer presented with old bonding that had severe staining and improper form. Additionally she had a crown that was ill-fitting and poorly color matched. We were able to restore her beauty with a single tooth veneer and a new ceramic crown.

Full Mouth Rehabilitation with Twenty Implants


Here we see a patient who presented with severe periodontal disease. As a result of the disease we had to remove all of his teeth. These teeth were replaced with implants. In this particular case we used twenty implants to restore twenty eight teeth for a full mouth rehabilitation.

Invisalign


Imiko was treated with invisalign. What is important to note here is that with proper diagnosis and proper treatment beautiful aesthetics can be achieved though conservative tooth movement. As you can see, once the teeth were placed in the correct position we were able to give our patient proper lip support for full lips and a natural healthy smile.
