While doing the Bench Press, the client pushes their arms away from the body as hard as they can, exerting

effort to create the highest load possible. They continue to push their arms until the five to ten-second

countdown is complete.

This isometric action focuses on developing the strength of the triceps, deltoid muscles, and pectoral

muscles, but also the supporting tendons, ligaments, and bone tissue in the arms and rib cage.

Leg Press

Next, with assistance from their personal trainer, the client repositions themselves for the Leg Press. Once

set the client pushes their legs away from the body as hard as they can, continuing to push for their

maximum load until the five to ten-second countdown is complete.

This isometric action focuses on developing the strength of the quadriceps, calves, and gluteus muscles,

but also the supporting tendons, ligaments, and bone tissue in the legs and pelvis.

Dead Lift

The client moves to the second machine to perform the Dead Lift action. The personal trainer

provides support and instruction then the client performs the Dead Lift by creating upward load

on the bar and holding for a five to ten-second count.

hamstrings, and forearm muscles, but also the supporting tendons, ligaments, and bone tissue in

the spine.
