Assessment
Once you contact us at Stepping Out we will hold a meeting with you and your social worker and a family member or a friend of your choice to assess your needs.
After this we will create a care plan for you.
We only use full trained and well qualified staff who have passed enhanced CRB checks and are NVQ Level 2 qualified.
