You can’t lose upper body fat by itself, but you can lose upper body fat by burning off your excess body fat with it. If that sounds like a lot of hard work, it is. If losing weight isn’t the hardest thing you’ll ever do, it’s probably one of the top five. You’ll want to quit so many times before you succeed.
