Ordering repeat prescriptions

Click on the I button to learn more about your tablets

You can learn more about the medication by clicking on the buttons down the side

Click on the boxes that you want the medications for and write in the box any special messages eg if you need medications early or if you want your prescription sent to a specific chemist

Click submit Request once you are ready

Click Confirm if your request is correct

This confirms the request has been sent to the surgery for actioning. Please remember it still takes 2 working days to process your request

Click on Go to homepage

You can see the status of your request here (requested) whilst it is waiting to be actioned

Once the prescriptions has been issued, the status changes. However the script may not be ready as it still needs to be signed by a doctor before it is ready to be handed back
