PMD Personal Microderm Device is an at-home microdermabrasion tool that uses the same technology as professionals to rejuvenate skin. It unclogs pores, improves skin tone, smooths a rough texture, diminishes blemishes and minimizes wrinkles.

Before your first treatment, use the training disc on your neck to see how your skin will react.

Step 1: After cleansing, use a free hand to pull your skin taut.

Step 2: Move the device in an upward motion across the skin. Keep the device moving at all times and do not make more than two passes over one area during the treatment.

Step 3: Following the treatment, use PMD Neuro Neutralizing Toner to neutralize your skin’s pH balance and PMD Professional Recovery Moisturizer to restore moisture levels.

Step 4: Let your skin recover. Wait one week between treatments.

The PMD device offers three exfoliating discs that provide different levels of renewal, allowing you to control your own treatment. Before your first treatment, practice with the white training disc.

Use the blue (sensitive) disc for your first treatment and work your way up to the green (medium) and red (maximum) discs.
