•I wear all “the hats”- Cooking, cleaning, shopping, activities, homework ,dishes, bottles and diapers. I’m just like every woman, I must balance life’s chaos with staying in shape.

•I was really struggling! I was not healthy – mentally or physically and I knew I couldn’t continue on down that path- obesity runs in my family and I was scared!

I think hormonal timing (HT) could be a major breakthrough for women’s fitness. I love it!! When I first read about it, I thought “this is so cool, it really makes sense.” As a chiropractor, I’ve taken seminars and studied a lot on the female hormones, cycles and nutrition. I think the key point to HT is that your workouts change as you are going through hormonal fluctuations in your cycle.

I was introduced to BuffMother by my friend and fellow chiropractor, Lisa Staudt. At that point in my fitness “career”, I had been doing Jazzercise 5-6 days a week for 6 years. I was frustrated due to the fact that I was working out hard, yet getting nowhere. Talking with Lisa about BuffMother just made sense. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to give up Jazzercise, but my true love had always been lifting weights. I liked the idea of being able to do whatever exercise program you wanted. I was also intrigued by the thought of my hormones directing how I worked out. I think everything in our body is connected in some way, shape or form.

I am thrilled with my weight loss, inches lost/gained, the way I look and how my clothes fit. But I’m more excited to know that I am STRONG! As I was reading Michelle’s introduction on "Believing" I realized that I was that mother that she was describing.  I believed that if I tried to give myself that extra time in the day for ME to reach my desires that I would have been selfish. I had the belief that as you got older that you were just destined to look a certain way and age.  This was a real light bulb moment.  I realized that I wasted a lot of time and there was no more time to waste.  I could achieve a new and improved me!

Since joining TEAM BuffMother, I finally got it. Calystia - Lost 8 pounds just 10 weeks

I tried BuffMother because I was ready for a change. After having two sets of twins only two years apart my body and self image weren’t looking very good. My sister had shown me the web site one day and Michelle looked awesome. I thought- yeah, but she doesn’t have children for sure, let alone twins. Then she told me Michelle had 4- including a set of twins.

Ok, if she can look that good after children, what’s her secret and where do I sign up? I ordered the books and the program made sense. If she can do it, I can at least try. J’nea of CanadaIn Jan I was surfing the net and found

Buffmother. I read her testimony and when I read that she also had twins and I saw that she was totally buff I wanted to know her secret. I joined her site ASAP.

Buffmother taught me to lift as heavy as I could, so I did. Buffmother told me how to eat 40% protein, 30% carbs and 30% fat. SO I did, well at least I tried my best. Michelle broke down everything for me. 

She taught me about Hormonal Timing and now the pieces were beginning to fit! The light bulb went off in my head and it became clear.  It really did explain my moods and eating habits during certain times of the month.  She taught me how to break through those barriers and at certain moments to roll just with it!  After 7 weeks on her program, I went from 145 pounds down to 133 pounds.  I went from 27% Body fat to 17.1% Body fat.  It is not a 'quick fix', not a 'miracle pill'...It is about a lifestyle change and doing it the right way for once in my life.  Hormonal Timing has given me the knowledge that I need to take this with me for the rest of my life.

Hips started out at close to 44 inches, they are now about 36 1/2 inches, my waist started out at 29, its now 26.  

I had just been thru a traumatic time in my life. I'd had a double mastectomy, chemotherapy, hormone therapy and reconstruction. I was feeling down about myself as a woman. I felt unattractive, I'd gain weight, probably one of the few women who gained weight on chemotherapy, lost my hair which was coming back curly which I hated, and cardiovascular wise was having trouble having energy to keep up with my 3 year old  

    I want women to realize that no matter

their situation, how overweight they might be, how out of shape, what traumas their body has suffered that with the right system behind you, your body can be reshaped. Never say never, never quit!

Why did you try BuffMother? I was intrigued with the idea of Hormonal Timing. In all of my reading about fitness and weight loss, I’ve never come across anything that addresses the female cycle.

How do you feel about your success? Of course, I wish that I had done better but I take full responsibility for that. I feel like this is just the beginning of my transformation and I’m so happy that I finished what I started!

What would you want to tell the world about the Buffmother system? I want to tell the world that it works! It’s not a gimmick or a quick fix.
