– Nurse Call (65% complete)

– Level 7 Dialysis Capable Beds/Destructive Investigation (MOH 4.1)

• Phase 2 Hydro Lands Parking (doubles capacity)

• AHU Upgrades

– Steam coil replacements

– Improve temperature/humidity control

• Mental Health

– Washroom upgrades

– Patient safety

• Lock-down

– Enhance patient and staff safety and security

EGH PUBLIC ART PROGRAM

• Call to Artist (RFQ) – August 17th to Sept 10th

• Toronto Public Art Committee (TPAC) endorsement - October 7th

• Submission of Concepts – Dec, 2016

• Agreement in place – Early 2017

• Forming/pouring: concrete footings, mud-slabs, foundation walls,

columns, stairwells

• Completion of Storm Water management system, underground

services and partial reinstatement of Lot D

• Construction entrance opposite Westmore Dr. intersection and

new main entrance road adjacent to ASB

• Revised fire exiting and Fire Safety Plan

• Construction of new Morgue

• Adjustments to pedestrian and vehicle circulation

• Regular site safety inspections

• Completion - early December

• Golf cart shuttle service for patients &

visitors

• Additional Impark Health customer service

staff

• December - 130 spaces for patients &

visitors returned to service

• No site work for winter months
