Living Room Yoga in St. Petersburg, Florida is a full-time yoga
therapy studio offering yoga classes, holistic workshops, private yoga and yoga therapy, cranial sacral therapy, hypnotherapy, and
yoga teacher training. We have pricing for yoga classes to meet a variety of needs and budgets.
What Sets Us Apart:
We specialize in integrating the ancient teachings of yoga with current knowledge of the body,
the teachings of today’s greatest thinkers, and your own needs, values, and intuition. While most studios take the approach of trying to make the person “look like the pose” Living Room Yoga
uses the poses – and other healing modalities – to help each student meet their goals. This applies whether you are an athlete overcoming injury or trying to reach a greater level of performance, An office worker seeking relief from from stress and neck pain, or a retired person
recovering from a stroke.
Our Style of Yoga:
At Living Room Yoga we teach alignment-based Hatha Yoga, drawing from a variety of styles, including Life Balance Yoga Therapy, Integrative Yoga Therapy, Restorative, Kripalu, Anusara,
Iyengar and others. In addition to incorporating all physical asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and philosophy into our teachings, we specialize in working with special conditions like pregnancy, muscle balancing for athletes, back pain, scoliosis, stress, anxiety and
more. Living Room Yoga offers drop-in classes, private yoga classes and instruction, yoga therapy, couples yoga, prenatal yoga, corporate yoga, cranial sacral therapy, hypnotherapy, Yoga
Teacher Certification, continuing education and holistic workshops.

of yoga class options.
Drop-in Classes
Drop-in classes are open to anyone to … well… drop in. We offer classes to accommodate most students whether they are beginners or more advanced practitioners. We even offer classes that
can accommodate those with injury (please call ahead in this case) within reason. To find a class that meets your needs and schedule, check out our drop-in class schedule. If you have any

Private Yoga Therapy
If you have an injury or just feel out of shape, you may want to begin with a private assessment of your posture, range of motion, and breathing to determine the best place for you to start your

Sometimes the drop-in schedule does not quite meet your needs, you may like the idea of practicing with the same people every week, or you have a group in mind to form your own
