(b) Project of 200 single story duplexes amounting to Rs 15 Cr is in pipeline at Bareilly-Lucknow Highway. Site for the residential project has also been finalized. The project would cost Rs 15 Cr. The sale deeds will be released within 18 months amounting to
Rs 30 Cr.
