(MADC) is a wholly owned Govt. Company for

developing aviation infrastructure in the State of

Maharashtra

• Chief Minister of Maharashtra is the Chairman of MADC.

• Special Planning Authority for MIHAN Project at Nagpur.

• Development of International / Regional Airports in the

State (3 international and 7 domestic airports identified

for construction)

• Operating airports either directly or through PPP

• Development of real estate for supporting the Airports

– Multiproduct SEZ at Nagpur

• Financial model: Land Acquisition cost is borne by

State Government, balance work on BOT basis
