To come to the point: We have destroyed our environment, our own properties and we are destroying the future of our children.

The pictures show the area we are living and working in. We have lost in the last ten years about half of our productive environment and have already lost in the decades before hundreds of thousands of trees. The marriage of the devils forest fire and missing water management destroyed our properties and with it most of our unique sustainable Olive tree and St.Johns tree habitat.

We all know the still living trees, who have might seen the Romans invading or the Ottomans enjoying their fruits.

We have to conserve this existing natural habitats by altering our attitudes to the land we are living on. And with. We need each habitat to protect the biosphere, the global womb we come from

The soil that feed us is called dirt.. This is unacceptable for us. It is not true. It is a lie. Agro chemical trust are manipulating our language to boost profits and outreach


The reason


What hundreds of generations, our forefathers and mothers set up with their life energy, in our generation it is no value. The land. Leaving the productive wealth of our lands to the devilish goats, what will the children say?

On Sunday we prayed to God and the rest of the week the devil does its work? We have to choose now.

Do we reset our soils and do we protect our land against the invasion of chemists and tour operators? Or are we satisfied with filling our bellies and a new car?

Since thousand of years this island is occupied by foreign invaders and now, only some generations later, globalisation and monopolization occupy it again and carries the fruits of this fertile island again away without caring at all.

We have to take our development in our hands, we can not trust the words of profit maximization and accelerated cognitive capture attacks

We have to break free. We, the inhabitants of Crete are the justified occupants, as far as we care with all our means for it. We have to be resilient against Sirens singing us from the wealth of a live without consequences

The solutionThe fertility and natural wealth of Crete has brought up diversities of mind and social thought. Crete originated the design of the ancient Greek pantheon, the familily of the Gods. The European civilisation is shaped by this thoughts in its daily live since than. The world copied it.

This thoughts were though by men/women. But created by regular water supply and a favourable environment for human development. Crete has ever had and will ever have self sufficient water supply. The geographic position in the middle of the Eastern MED with three mountains of 2400m above NN, located at the cross road of the Mediterranean cyclone tracks, enables a splendid biodiversity over time. Where water and soil meets life is beginning.

In consideration of the seasonal precipitation we have developed regional adapted integrated water management systems. By applying this systems, specifically rain water harvesting of rain water run offs on our land, we will achieve decentralized supply and highest forest fire protection efficiency. We can not grow without ensured water supply..

If there is land and water soil will be. By caring for and supporting of this process we can reset our eroded and desertifying land to a source for the production of highest quality healing plants and health food products



The expected result


Ponds and Wetlands, where there was a Macchia in before, what values are embodied?

Enhanced land use value, increase biodiversity, biomass and humidity gradients of the atmosphere. They are the sources for increased resiliencies in our certified diversified organic agriculture.

Diversified organic agriculture integrates biosphere hotspots in order to generate an ecologic balance with highest levels of resilience to be absorbed in the farm products. The increased immunity information supports human balance with the biosphere..

We all here know Thomas and his former wife Petra, which was taken home in her young age. In respect of her never ending efforts for ever more flourishing rocks, we called our environmental centre Casa Petra.

Our special thanks is to this two foreigners, who came to show us their love for our environment.

In respect of the field they have prepared, we want to present you BIOCrete, a privately by common interest organized project to enhance land use values for further generations and to shift our lives to responsible unity with the natural environment
