Organization Development is the process of planned change in the culture and structure of an organization by the use of Behavioural Sciences.

which are undertaken to implement OD Programme. OD

Intervention is any process used in an attempt to improve

This is a modified technique of Survey Feedback. 3600Feedback is a Technique where in Feedback is from an employee’s superiors, peers, subordinate and every person who is related to him.

Process consultation is made to perceive, understand and act upon process event. The process includes work flow, informal relationship and formal communication channel.
