People do self harm to distract themselves from things happening in their lives

Teens can go from cutting themselves with pencils, to knives

In order to avoid self harm you should: Distract yourself by doing activities you enjoy (drawing, exercising,

playing with pets, talking to friends/family) You can express your feelings in a journal Talk to other people who have gone through bullying
