THE PERFECT CATE EYE

At the outer corner of your eye, draw a line or wing out from the lower lash-line upward toward the brow.

STEP 1

From the tip of the wing pull the brush inward on the lid to the center of the lid, creating a triangle or wing affect.

Apply the liner as close to the lash-line.

Now, meet that end point by completing the line from the inner eye out to the center.

STEP 2

For a dramatic wing, work the liner in at an appropriate angle and fill in completely with color.

Liberally apply mascara.

STEP 3

For a pop of color choose a vibrant shadow and add it to the outer crease working from the tip of the wing through the

crease, or wear it just below the lower lash-line.
