}  GPS (Global positioning system): A GPS is a great investment that can help alleviate stress and eliminate stressful situations.

}  Leave earlier than expected: Traffic is very unpredictable, we always encourage staff members to be at least 15 minutes early.

}  Proactively communicate: The worst feeling for a staffing agency to receive is “Where is your employee they were supposed to start a half hour ago.”

3. Ability to adapt

} Pharmacies need employees that are able to adapt to the way they their organization performs.

4.Travel } When working with a pharmacy staffing agency travel requirements can be common. People always want to know “How far will I have to travel?” and “How long will I have to travel?”

}  “The most successful employees are willing to travel 60 minutes each way or up to 60 miles each way.”
