Step 1: Unscrew Existing Lock

• Remove the existing door lock/night latch by unscrewing the retaining screws.

Step 2: Unscrew Barrel

• Unscrew the barrel retaining bolts and pull the barrel from the door.

• Keep the mounting bolts to use with the new barrel, as they will have already been cut to size.

Step 3: Fit New Lock Barrel

• Insert the new barrel, making sure the mounting ring is flush to the door.

• Secure with the original retaining bolts, and refit the lock body.

• Then test for smooth action.
