The first unit has an irregularly shaped floor

plan, offering four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The top floor has a master bedroom with deck,

closet. The midlevel has a bigger deck, two

bedrooms, bath, lounge, small office space,

dining area, and kitchen. For the basement, it

has a spacious garage, storage space, and lobby.

The second unit, on the other hand, has a rectangular floor plan with additional rooms. The top floor

consists of a bath, bedroom, and master bedroom linked to a walk-in closet. The midlevel has three

bedrooms, bath, kitchen, dining area, and a bigger lounge and deck compared to the first unit. Other

than the storage space and garage, a drying room and cellar is also available at the basement.

Villa Inclusive

Both villas have an Internet connection, and the password is available at the Welcome Book. A phone is

available for local calls, so it’ll be easier to contact nearby recreation spots. Entertainment systems, such

as plasma television, Apple TV, and DVD players are also available at the lounge and master bedrooms.

Play music anywhere inside the house through a Sonos Wi-Fi sound system.
