PLANNING

We take up end to end turnkey projects, from Design to execution. In case you have already identified the agency/person to execute the interior work, we can still help with our Design expertise and Site supervision.

DESIGN

After the approval of 2D elevations we proceed towards material sampling, for which the client is required to select the appropriate materials to be used in the final execution of the project. With this information we create technical drawings and 3D perspective views.

SITE MEASURE & PHOTOGRAPHS

Your space is measured, photographed and assessed.

EXECUTION

After the technical drawings and 3D perspectives are ready, we precede our vendors for completing your project. Then we prepare a Bill of Quantities for your project. Then comes the final execution stage for your dream project.


CONCEPT

Getting information in detail about existing furniture, electrical work, lighting and other design elements. Then we head for a brainstorming session and derive some design concepts, 2D elevations. This is presented to client for further approval.
