with people optimistically Base your interactions on the principles

of ethics with people. At the end of the day appreciate

yourself upon the achievements you’ve made and try to figure out the ways to fulfill those tasks that are left undone

1. Manage work and life by giving appropriate time to family and work both

2. Be present at the moment3. Educate yourself from every thing that comes around even if that is

something like TV commercial4. Be passionate about some work that is interesting to you like

cooking, designing, gardening etc5. Always be reflective6. Surround yourself with supportive people, for in the end it is

community which spurs the way to reach your destiny7. Strive for excellence rather perfection8. Fix your problems or deal with them instead of blaming others9. Remember the moments when you have enjoyed when you’re

feeling low10. Move step by step for everything can’t be achieved at once
