8. Culture is rich & omnipresent (plentG  of  movie  theaters,  museums,  festivals,  etc.)

9. Architecture is old & beautiful (most  of  the  cities  look  lovely)

10. Landscape, diversity & terroir are magic (NatJre  is  Great  &  powerfJl)

11. You & your children will appreciate a less stressful life (sun,  people  and  landscape  help  a  lot)

12. Both beaches & mountains are close-by (Enjoy  skiing  in  winter  &  sunbathing  during  summer)

13. Jobs & Entrepreneurship are well-developed (Even  though  most  headquarOers  are  located  in  Paris)
