• Children 6 and under need dilutions of 1 part EO’s to 3 parts carrier oil. Infants require 1 part EO to 10 parts carrier oil.
• Elderly or frail may need dilutions. Always err on the side of caution. Any concerns, start slow.

What are essential oils?

to maximize healing qualities of the oils• Very concentrated: • 5,000 lbs rose petals = 1 lb of rose essential oil
