Is that a BS question? We all have things in our lives that we HAVE to do Bathe, vacate our bowls, breathe In our jobs, we have all had those things that we know, or are told that we have to do.

I have made a career out of connecting technologies that should never have connected Coming from the Broadcasting space and creating technology mashups with Web Technologies I just see how things are inter releated.

You DONT have to be a Genius ALL the Time you wont be, so dont expect that out of yourself.

Ive heard this often, and not sure that it is actually fact, that Einstein often got lost walking home

Have you ever gotten yourself or someone else unstuck on a problem even once? The ability to find the non-obvious solution to a problemHave you done either of those things, even once?

You can just realize that this is who you are and start calling yourself one

When I realized this I was working in freelance web design and I had two set of cards printed up. One with the Title Creative Genius the other without a title just my name.

Am I the only one who hates the, So what do you do? Question?? To shut them up or to start a really crazy conversation Id hand them the Genius card, it started as an experiment of self esteem

Please know that while you are a GENIUS.Genius does not happen all of the time!

Value Creation & Genius

The more value you create, the less clock minutes of labor you will actually spending creating that value, in other words the less time you are actually being that genius On one end of the scale, we have grunt work (Following Instructions) On the other Insights (Genius)

Rule Following? == Expect that is all you will be able to do

This statement came after deep soul searching, exploring what made me tick but you cannot stop at SELF. To get to do the things youve always dreamed about you have to look around and find out what others are saying / dreaming about too.

#2 Start with WHY

Self Awareness is the place to start not where to finish

I have gotten almost all that Ive wanted through helping others get what they wanted!

// Awareness of OTHERS // Its easy to just focus on yourself in order to become Indispensable you have to think about others

Find the things that your boss wants to accomplish / what solutions can you provide only ask for what you need to fill their need.

Ability to know what is going on around you

In the super early stages of my journey at Blinds.com I volunteered for EVERYthing I could add value to! - I made posters and t-shirt designs when it was my job to answer chats - I was world class while I volunteered and its important to note --- You cannot expect to move beyond, when you are not covering what your job is. - If youre only focused on what you need you will loose!
