OBJECTIVECambridge Lending GCambridge Lending Group is a Chicagoland-based mortgage brokerage specializing in loans for unique situations. Operating in a heavily saturated market, CLG realized that their curealized that their current referral-based business was impeding their growth, and wanted to open new opportunities through boosting their visibility and validating their expertise.

SCOPEFollowing an extensive market evaluation, ParadigmNEXT developed a holistic marketing strategy that encompassed content strategy, branding, responsive website design, as well as sales, marketing, and operations consulting.

TTo refine brand identity, ParadigmNEXT re-calibrated the client’s brand message and value proposition so that it reflected the company’s established expertise. This included a full content rewrite to not only drive qualified traffic but also give an accurate and appealing depiction of the brand to prospective employees and referral partners. New logo design, marketing collateral, business cards amplified the new identity. After identifying viable local markets for success, brand awareness events were introduced to expose CLG in the local community. Prior to collaborating with ParadigmNEXT, CLG’s digital presence centered on a highly generic website with no branded content, nor CTA-driven sales funnel. To expedite performance and scalability, ParadigmNEXT also developed a comprehensive plan of strategic and operational improvements which included introducing cloud computing and automated CRM-driven content marketing; and optimized and streamlined all processes, from document collection to employee and client onboarding. As a result, operating costs were reduced by 20% within the first 90 days.

Marketing and brand strategy reenergized the client’s brand, validating their expertise and boosting their visibility and relevance among potential customers, employees and referral partners. VacayStay Connect wanted to boost their online presence and reach new customers. SCOPEA meticulous research and analysis of the client’s site and operations revealed aspects that required attention beyond the initial project scope.
