How to Create A Facebook AdBy: Sara K Summers
Manage your AdsNavigate to Ads Manager from your Facebook Home page.
Manage your AdsClick Create Ad button on your Manage Ads page.

Choose what you would like to accomplish with your campaign

STEP 2: Create Your Ad SetA. Create your audience based on existing customer data

STEP 2: Create Your Ad SetCreate a new Custom Audience with existing customer data to retarget them through Facebook
STEP 2: Create Your Ad SetSelect who you want to target by location, age, gender language, Facebook relationship status, education, work, financial, home, ethnic affinity, generation, parents, politics, life events, interests, behaviors, categories, and connections. Each selection will narrow your ad targeting audience.
STEP 2: Create Your Ad SetSet your campaign name (Ad Set Name), budget and schedule. This will adjust your estimated daily audience reach.

STEP 3: Create Your AdChoose if you want to highlight a single image or video in your ad or if you want to create a photo gallery, then upload your creative assets.
STEP 3: Create Your AdUploading multiple images will create multiple ads. This will allow you to test the effectiveness of different images in your campaign through visual A/B split testing.
*At this stage you can only create visual not content split tests. Content split tests must be set up separately.
STEP 3: Create Your AdWrite your Headline, body text, Call-to-Action Button, and News Feed Link Description. Choose and preview the ad layouts you’d like to move forward with.
STEP 3: Create Your AdFacebook will review and approve your ads to create a content A/B split test, click “Create Similar Ad”

STEP 4: Create Similar AdClicking “Create Similar Ad” will create a copy of your ad. Click “Edit” link to modify image or content. This is a great option if you’d like to implement A/B Split Testing on your ad campaign.
*Creating similar ads attached to your campaign will not increase your campaign budget.
