Interactivity Index is a collective index of engagement. Like the number of engaged users, it describesthe intensivity of reactions to brand’s communication, but it also encompasses different types ofcommunication and the fact that one user can perform different kinds of activities. Hey BMW I couldn't find the correctdepartment to contact so I thought it would beeasier to get in touch via social media. I was athe ryder cup this year and took part in the rcchallenge. I won the challenge with thequickest time over the week. I haven't heardanything about the prize (2vip tickets to PGAWentworth) I have however been receivingBMW marketing information via my email.
