The GMCS is a certification that focuses on evaluating the state of companies that function within the MICE industry. It focuses on event agencies and DMC’s, but will extend for other types as well. The certification process works based on tacit information about the services the company offers as well as the departments that make it up. The purpose of the process is to determine if they uphold to our transparency and quality standards.
