Twitter’s Latest Profile Dimensions [UPDATE] May 2014

If you haven’t heard the word by now last month Twitter released a whole new look

(and ad model, too). I’m giving you the low down of sizing, dimensions for you to get a

handle on all the changes to update your feed to showcase your personal or company

profile to the Twitter world.

You can customize your profile by selecting a uniquely designed header images, a

logo add a name, bio, location, your website and personalize your theme color or you

can pin your best tweet to let others discover your latest update! Look below at how

easy it is to get the new look.

Change or remove your profile or header photo on your Twitter profile and header

photos from the following two areas: From your profile page, click:

Edit profile button

Next, go to the camera icon over your profile image to change your profile

photo. Next select “upload” photo or remove or you can drag and drop a photo

into this section.

Click the camera icon over your header image to change your header photo.

Select to upload photo or click remove then drag and drop a photo here.

Twitter’s NEW profile uses the

following file formats: JPG,

PNG or GIF.

photos = 400x400 pixels

1500x500 pixels

From Twitter account settings:

Go to profile settings.

Click the “change” photo button to change your profile photo. You’ll be given the option to upload a photo, take a

photo, or remove your existing photo.

Click the Change header button to change your header photo. You’ll be given the option to upload a new photo.

Position and size your photo then go ahead and click “Apply” – that’s it! Simple enough.
