In a day and age where accessibility is of prime importance and managing time is crucial, what is required is a network, which does not limit itself to just one medium of communication. One of the main challenges any new entrant faces is competition, and in a world where the norm of success is an “AND”, one cannot develop solutions that contain an “Either (on the website) OR (on the app)”. Taking into our GooGreekNow app, a social media platform that was built solely for the purpose of networking, interaction and updates, which was only available as a website to begin with. The initial stages saw a slow progress rate due to the increased used of IOS and other mobile devices by the target audience. The controlled spread and connectivity of the users via GGN was to be blamed on the fact that this network was available only in a single platform and caused a fair bit of inconvenience when the website had to be accessed, as compared to a one click access mobile application.

The first few stages saw the formation of a flawless IOS version of the application and post the success of this, we spread into Android versions as well, making the network available for everyone while at the same time the availability on both IOS and android made GGN at par (if not higher) with its competitors. The massive change we saw post the application development was the rapid increase of users since the platform was available on more than just a few mediums.
