Bristol, New York According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.8 square miles (95 km2), of which, 36.7 square miles (95 km2) of it is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) of it (0.05%) is water.

In this I learned that this town is small, but for my town, I don’t want my town to be this small.

What are the important information or guideline and consideration when planning for a better town? List it down this will be your guideline when creating the town.

• RCI (Residential, Commercial, and Industrial) zones• "Basic Transportation," I mean roads, roads, and more ROADS! While this section will

be considerably shorter than the preceding sections, it is still VERY important. Roads determine the density of the buildings that can develop, and the layout of your roads can have a drastic impact on how well your city develops and how it develops in general. Note that this section does not cover mass transit; that is covered in City-Building in the Advanced Transportation Network section.

• "Essential Services." These are the services that are required to get your city going in the first place--Power, Water, and Sewage. While there is another utility--Garbage--, it is not important until later. Those three services, Power, Water, and Sewage (PWS) are essential to your city's initial development. Everything about PWS is covered in their respective sections below, and, like zones, no further dedicated coverage is given later. These services are not complex to grasp, but their repercussions can be astounding with regards to pollution, crime, development, and other factors.

What are the elements will you include in your better town? Please list it out as your check list.

1.Bicycle paths -Its safer for motorist, It’s safer for cyclists, It stimulates the local economy, bike lanes would certainly help to facilitate the green choice2.Schools - inspirational, encourages the students to dream bigger dreams, reach for the stars, picture where you want to be in ten years from now3. Tourism -The practical organizational structures and visual impact of their attractions are critical. Second, the intangible dimension of tourism the incentives that inspire people to pack their bags, travel for several hours, and spend hundreds of dollars ultimately determines the success of tourism investments. 4. Business -Engaged in economic development, Government Involvement,Stabilization and Growth Maintain steady growth, high levels of employment, and price stability. By adjusting spending and tax rates (fiscal policy) or managing the money supply and controlling the use of credit (monetary policy), it can slow down or speed up the economy's rate of growth in the process, affecting the level of prices and employment.5. Health Care -Medical crisis and pandemic outbreaks are always on the verge of spreading .

Page 8: ENBE FUTURE TOWN - FNBE 0414

What are the sustainable or green approaches of your town?

Electrical Power-Solar Power-Wind Turbine-Water Turbine-Solar Glass on tall buildings to generate electicity easier

Page 9: ENBE FUTURE TOWN - FNBE 0414

What is the aim of your town? As an education hub? Tourism? Business? Give explanations and examples.

1. Health Care• Delivers better outcomes than systems abroad, but foreigners expect less of their health

care system than Americans, the US health care system is deemed inferior. A worse foreign system is deemed superior just because its participants are resigned to the poorer outcomes! It is not a cancer outcome, or a wait time indicator, or any other measure that would just look at raw data.

Page 10: ENBE FUTURE TOWN - FNBE 0414

What is the transportation and transportation links? Why do you choose it?

1.Underwater Railway - It facilitate long distance travel and transport of bulky goods/ humans - Transported through motor vehicles. - It is a quick and more regular form of transport because it helps in the transportation of goods or humans with speed and certainty.2.Air Transportation - Air transport is the fastest mode of transport and therefore suitable carriage of goods over a long distance requiring less time. There is no substitute for air transport when the transport of goods is required urgently. - Air transport does not give emphasis on construction of tracks like railways. As no capital investment in surface track is needed, it is a less costly mode of transport.

Any other extra added quality about your city?Social? Jobs? Food?

- Quality expensive inn for tourist- Extra jobs for people that doesn’t have any jobs- Market place that sell organic foods that’s doesn’t use AMG

Page 12: ENBE FUTURE TOWN - FNBE 0414

Which one are you doing? And why? How will this benefit the residents?A town on a small island•natural barriers of water for protection•water can also provide a source of food and transportation.•If the island is tropical you could plant some fruits and vegetables

Page 13: ENBE FUTURE TOWN - FNBE 0414

Which grid are you doing? And WHY? How will it be effective or appealing?*Hexagon grid-Hexagons do a better job of maintaining the proper distance scales. The distance from the center of a square to the center of another square is not equal for all six adjacent squares (it's longer for the four squares to the left and right). This introduces some distortion of distances to your map. Hexagon maps overcome that problem.-Offset-rectangular grids have an inherent visual bias in the case of your example image, the north/south direction looks different than the nw/se and ne/sw diagonal directions; whereas hexagonal grids have no such bias.
