GREAT (Great Real Estate Agent Training)Once licensed, our newest Associates attend an extensive 9 week, 135 hour training program that helps new agents develop the skills necessary to deliver the J. Rockcliff Realtors standard of customer service. Experienced agents may audit these classes to “brush up” on existing skills.

Experienced Agent TrainingTo help our experienced agents stay in tune with the market conditions and enhance their skills, we also provide an on-going training program called Journey to Mastery. We know that the business of real estate is never static and that agents need support from their organization to keep them fresh and help sharpen their skills to match the changes in the market.

Weekly Sales TrainingOur Management team is among the most experienced in the industry. They monitor the market closely, keep abreast of new technologies and marketing opportunities and share important information and skills training with the Sales Associates on a weekly basis.

Professional Coaching & SeminarsJ. Rockcliff Realtors Sales Associates are encouraged to participate in professional coaching, either with their Manager or a Sales/Life Coach. Our agents attendance at ongoing real estate seminars is an integral part of our ability to retain the most qualified agents in the area.
