BACKGROUND With graduate jobs available in different business units at Deloitte, how do you know which unit is best for you? The path to making the decision which department to apply to can be a challenging one especially for graduates.

BRIEF Develop a solution to guide graduates in the decision making process of finding the business unit within Deloitte that is the best fit.

SOLUTION
Maximum designed and created an interactive “Find Your Fit” quiz and integrated it into Deloitte’s career website. With each business unit in Deloitte represented by one of five “career heroes”, graduates used this quiz to assess themselves in a fun and interactive way.
