Dolphin’s Skill Masters

• Dolphin’s Skill Masters (DSM) that is proposed to be formed in partnership with National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), a central Government entity for imparting skill development training in organized retail sector & Furniture Sector.

This is a Public Private Partnership initiative to fulfill the gap between practical requirement of industry and the theoretical academic qualifications. We provide skill development training on the basis of near - Practical classroom training. Presently we offer courses as follows

i) Sales Associates- Duration 45 Days 

ii) Store Operation Assistants - Duration 45 Days 

iii) Departmental Manager -  Duration 45 Days 

iv) Furniture Ornament Carpenter  - Duration 90 Days

v) Interior Decoration Carpenter  - Duration 90 days

Mr. K.V. Rao

Introduction to ManagementMr. K.V. Rao holds a distinction in Post Graduation in Nuclear Physics and Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. Mr. Rao, throughout his academic pursuits had been a meritorious student.

Mr. K.V. Rao started his career in exports in 1973 in a leading company, exporting frozen shrimps and lobsters. After a short working experience, he moved to Delhi and worked in the export division of the Shriram Group, where he put in over 15 years of dedicated service.March 1990 witnessed a major break-through, when Mr. K.V.Rao decided to quit Usha and start an export business of his own. It was only in April 1990 that Mr. Rao gave the final shape to Dolphin International Ltd. specializing in International Trade. It was his hard work and dedication, which resulted in the company being, granted a status of Export Trading House within a period of two years of its formation.

Mr. Praveen Rao

Mr. Praveen Rao holds a distinction in Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing from Mumbai University and Bachelor in Commerce from Delhi University.

Mr. Praveen is a highly motivated, proven performer. He started his career with HDFC Bank as a Business Development Manager, Mumbai.

As President, Dolphin Group, Mr. Praveen Rao is at the helm of managing the international trading and lifestyle retail operations of the Dolphin Group of Companies – Dolphin International and Dolphin Mart Limited.

Ms. Preeti Rao holds degree of Master’s in International Business Management, and has an acute insight into the fields of new business, luxury retail and emerging markets. She also holds several certifications in the arena of marketing, financial management, social media management, etc. Her enriching and rewarding career path has allowed her to explore her full potential.

Preeti’s career path started at the tender age of 16, and she has never looked back since. In her many years of professional experience, she has never allowed herself to be limited to one field.
