ADB Assistance: $3m equity Investee: Mountain Hazelnuts Group Limited Development Impact: Development of inclusive and climate-resilient hazelnut value chain, involving 15,000 small farmers to plant 10 million trees on 22,000 acres of previously fallow or degraded land

ADB Assistance: $180m partial credit guarantee covering 75% of payments due for $240m of peso-denominated project bonds; $40m direct loan in pesos

Issuer: AP Renewables, Inc. Development Impact: Philippines’ first green project bond, and one of the first project bonds in local currency

BHU: Hazelnut Value Chain Development

ADB Assistance: $75m senior loan to AccessBank and $20m senior loan to Finca Azerbaijan; $0.75m technical assistance

Development Impact: Support 150,000 small farms to improve sales. Increase outreach to 50,000 farm households through lending backed by agriculture and financial literacy training
