According to NRF’s Thanksgiving Weekend Spending Survey conducted by Prosper Insights & Analytics, 86.9 million shoppers1 were hitting the stores or the Internet on Black Friday. With no signs of the shopping stopping until the end of the year, retailers must stay on top of their game providing the best service, prices, and seamless experience to power through sales goals and overall shopper satisfaction.
Where is the frustration?
Poor customer service, long lines, and out of stock products are just a few concerns that operators might have during the holidays. Store operators have to juggle appealing to the shopper and streamlining the shopping experience.
