Before you StartYou Design your Skemaz merchandising projects using an internet connected PC or Mac computer.

Executing in-store Skemaz audits using the mobile Auditor App is done on any modern internet connected smartphone or tablet e.g. an iPhone, Android phone or equivalent or an iPad or Android tablet or equivalent.

Although the mobile Auditor App dynamically adjusts in response to various screen sizes, larger screen sizes make the app easier to navigate.

When you need to assign additional users to your projects you are free to create as many free unrestricted user logins as you need.



Go to www.skemaz.net on your browser.

Step 1: Create your login

Click the “Register” button.

Enter a unique user name and password and submit a valid email address that will be used for two purposes.

1. If you forget your password and need to reset it, an automatic email will be sent to your email address.

2. You will only receive email notifications from Skemaz regarding feature updates. Your email address will not be shared with anyone else.


Step 2: Login to the Designer App

When you login to the Designer App for the first time test data will be automatically created.

Once it’s loaded you can also check out the test data.

When you are ready to load your own production data you are free to delete the test data if it’s no longer needed.

At this time you should visit the Tutorials Page at www.skemaz.net and review the SlideShare explaining the Designer App in simple steps.


Test Data will be LoadedClick tabs to navigate screens.


Step 3: Login to the Auditor App

Once the test data has been loaded (see Step 2), you should go to the Auditor App and perform some test audits.

You will notice that two test projects have been created for you.

At this time you should visit the Tutorials Page at www.skemaz.net and review the SlideShare explaining the Auditor App in simple steps.

Step 4: Loading your Production data

• Loading your own data into the system is largely a one-off exercise.

So if you just want to get up and running very quickly, please reach out to our “Just Do it for Me” team to help you out (see the "Just Do it for Me" page at www.skemaz.net for pricing and other details).

• Our dedicate team will tell you what information they need from you (stores, products project questions etc.).

They will liaise with your nominated Administrator to ensure that your data are all set for you to go live with Skemaz.
