Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Springmoon Apps have Updated the Shoplog application to version 2.0, one step further to become the ultimate shopping companion. Previously in the older version shoppers were able to build their own databases for any item they are interested in buying it,"The more expensive it is, the more time users need to take buying decision, the bigger database they need to make to check all options". In version 2.0 we are trying to close the buying decision loop between the Consumer & the store. There is countless times where consumers didn't buy the product because they were not informed about the sale or store didn't have inventory at that time or the correct size or color or didn't know that there is matching items with their liked product . All of these problems needs a new kind of communication services between the store and the Consumer. The Solution: In version 2.0, we are introducing a new service from shoplog where we can inform the store on consumer behalf that he is interested in that specific item. By sharing his interest with the store might be able to offer some kind of advance knoweldge if there is a sale on that item, might offer him the correct size or color later on ,might offer the Consumer items that matches the item that he likes. This where Shoplog new service in 2.0 comes to action to make all these "might" into reality. In addition to that all the previous fairs that shoplog had, this is why we have created this application in order to help the users to remember all the products and goods that they saw and examined, to be able to make better judgement about the comparison between all of them in terms of prices, colors, dimensions and whatever the user wants to add of comments, are still available in better format and user interface. This application simply provide instant aid to the normal procedure for shoppers. The user will like something (sofa, chair, shorts, shirt, skirt, bag, pants, etc.): * Take a photo with Shoplog * Log the price * Name of the shop * Store location on the map * Which size or dimensions * Store phone number * Store email. * Store website. * Any comments that the user want to add * It will save automatically the date where the user logged this item Secondly if the Application enables the users to share their Findings with someone special: * Parents/children * Husband/wife * Best friends * Social Integration with Facebook, Twitter to share with all their Friends The Value Added: Once The user have done the field search in the Shops in his/her Shopping District/Mall for what ever he/she wants to buy. The User also to looks for the best option on-line, so we have added a Feature to enable him/her to search in the most Common Online Shopping Sites like: * Amazon * The Fancy * E-Bay * Google * Yahoo buy * Rakuten (for The Japanese Market) * Taobao (for The Chinese Market) The Mosaic Trends view - We have added in a previous version a trend

What is Shoplog

Shoplog stands for Shopping Log .

Shoplog is a mobile Application that addresses the

challenge an individual faces when selecting the

right product where there are numerous choices in

different stores spread over multiple time zones (

Past , Present ).

Little bit of History

Traditionally , the shopping behavior is simple & repetitive : Go to the market, see the products, check the products Quality, check the product prices. Then goes to a Different Store and repeat the process all over again. During this process an individual is building internal database for the specific item. In the end decision to buy is based on “feeling” which is developed on his internal database of price, brand, store ......

Few years ago , the e-Commerce Concept appeared & many shops started to go online as well as the normal store .

The E-Commerce Shops is an excellent tool as it gives an indication about what the Customer bought , wish list , or even what are the products that he has browsed .

Analysis & GAP

Out Of the $44 billion spent online so far this year, the number one category

was digital content and subscriptions. Second was Consumer Electronics,

followed by Flowers, Greetings & Gifts, Computer Hardware, and Apparel &

Accessories. This Gives us an Indication that most of the products that are

being sold online are mostly software, licenses , mp3 ,subscriptions

Although there is huge list of shopping list that consumers still go for normal

Shopping when it comes to make a buy Decision like Clothes, Shoes ,

Furniture , Kitchenware , Food , jewelry, .....These Items and more

Consumers needs to touch them , feel them , get the feedback from store

employees , check other Consumers feedback on the spot in a face-to-face

engagement

Consumer behavior

Although with the penetration of smart mobile devices into our lives is huge , the Consumer behavior will not rotate 180 degree away from the traditional Shopping , the shopping behavior have deviated a little bit , consumers now take advantage of having a camera in their mobile phones to record their look in the new outfit , take digital notes about the prices , save geo-notes about the shops location .

The Consumers are already digitizing their shopping experience and there is no single platform in the market to capture this.

behavior which is capturing the existing database of

certain product in the market into a digital form ,

• Shoplog will send the User Facebook Information to the

backend along with the item he is interested in to shoplog

database

• Shoplog will inform the store on the users behalf where

we can push some advantages towards the user.

share the item with his friends on Social Media (

facebook , Twitter, Pintrest ,…)in return of some

Loyalty Points from the store.
