Smart Work VS Hard Work

●  Multitasking is a myth anyway. Human minds are not capable of doing multiple things at a time.

●  Improve concentration, and try to pursue focused work and complete tasks one at a time. (Avoid spending time on social media and navigating from links while at work)

●  Join a 5am club (choose your time) and plan your day. Planning makes things better.

●  Avoid using sticky notes, it will distract from you from works. Note down all your to-dos to ‘any. do’ app (use any to-do apps) and put reminders, and leave your head free.

●  Make a library for reusable components and use it wisely on critical works.


Team Work & Discussions

●  Always try to work as a team, that will bring more clarity and ideas into the works.

●  Brainstorming sessions are really needed to enhance our knowledge sharing.

●  Team work will ease away the job and will aid to deliver the projects on time.

●  Conduct quality team meetings inside and outside office.

Working as a team is fun!


Awesomeness Report

●  Create an awesomeness report for yourself, where you mark your positives and negatives daily.

●  Analyze this sheet periodically and evaluate your progress.

●  Take it as a checklist for the following month. This action will certainly improve your happiness and productivity.


Bring back Saturdays & Sundays

●  Split your quality time by two and give equal importance.

●  Spending time for yourself will really increase creativity and productivity.

●  Never over commit works and complete the committed

works on time.

●  Let your managers know if you face any difficulties during work. Be open and transparent to your managers and never suspect your productivity while addressing the issues.

●  Team leads and managers need to brainstorm some great ideas to bring this positive work culture.


One Day Wonder Magic

●  Always think about innovative ideas and it will

really reduce your stress and boredom.

●  Implement one idea daily and make that day awesome.

●  Discuss about a particular idea or thoughts and make it a big idea.


Visualise your dreams

●  Believe in law of attraction and visualise your goals. ●  Aristotle said "Well begun is half done." Paying attention

to how we define our goals makes us more like to achieve them and achieving them makes us more happy.

●  Achieving your goals is simple; 1) Give an approx value and date to the goal. 2) Break down the goal 3) Discuss about your goal to four people 4) Visualise it daily Viola! it will happen!


Playing with challenges

●  Always consider challenges as the new door for more opportunities.

●  Evaluate the facts and take action.

●  Recall all good things happened in your life.

●  Accept failures and learn from your mistakes.

●  Be flexible and evolve your goals according to the situations.


Making others Happy

●  Give support and care to your fellows. Appreciate others in their success and cheer them up when they are down.

●  Forget about getting credits while supporting your friend on

any ideas or plans. ●  Be genuine and honest to your friends and spread the

positivity. Criticize others in a friendly way.

●  Pay attention to your friends words and be a good listener.


Learn, Discuss & Share

●  Learning a new thing is the other way of making us happy. Spend daily at least 1 hour to update your skills before starting your daily work.

●  Spend some quality time with your colleagues to discuss on various topics

●  Get inspired from others and learn from their mistakes.


Be the difference & make a difference

●  Be a change and do something out of the box.

●  Act as a leader and take appropriate decisions on crucial situations.

●  Learn the art of saying ‘No’ rather than giving a false promise.

●  Improve your EQ (Emotional intelligence quotient), do something for the society.
