How to get your Tradus data into

Step 1: Login to your Tradus Seller Panel

Step 2: Download these three files from Tradus

If you do not use Tradus courier, get this file also

If you want old orders to be visible in Browntape, take this

file

CAUTION: Never take this file, it does not contain all the

data

For each of the above links, use export to excel

Step 3: Convert the excel files into CSV files

1. Open the files in Excel

2. Click Office Button > Save As

3. In the ‘Save As’ dialog, click ‘Save as Type’ dropdown and select ‘CSV MS DOS’ in this dropdown.

4. Save file as CSV

Step 4:Upload these CSV files to

Browntape and you are done!

Browntape does not duplicate orders

When you upload a file, Browntape checks each order carefully.

New OrdersIf the order is new in

Browntape, it is saved as a fresh order with all

the details intact.

Existing OrderIf the order exists in Browntape, it checks if any new information has been added. The order is then updated.

If no new information is available, the order is ignored.
